Tessa Vice
Tessa is a lifelong resident of Wichita. Growing up in the historic College Hill neighborhood, her fascination with unique architecture began at a young age. She is adamant in her belief that every home has a story—and considers it a privilege to share yours.
Tessa’s compassion and dedication to serving the community drives her, and has throughout her nearly decade of experience in real estate and two decades of sales and customer experience in total.
In an industry that strongly depends on building and maintaining relationships, she strives to bring kindness and consideration to everything she does. Maintaining a reputation with integrity to earn client referrals is important to her professionally and personally, so she strives to make the home buying and selling process as comfortable as possible for her clients.
With a deep love of her hometown, Tessa is passionate about promoting and bringing growth to Wichita. This fondness for her hometown is evident in her devotion to helping the community thrive. Volunteering is near to Tessa’s heart—from becoming volunteering at The Wichita Children’s Home to earning runner-up in The Leukemia & Lymphoma’s 2020 “Woman of the Year”, to serving on her son’s school PTO, she is always looking for opportunities to give back.
Tessa’s accomplishments include earning REALTORS of South Central Kansas’s President’s Circle 2018-2019 and Master’s Circle 2020-2023, as well as being featured for her work in Real Producers, The Wichita Business Journal, and recognized in Wichita’s 40 Under 40.
In her free time, Tessa enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two sons, playing tennis in the park, and taking long bike rides. She has a passion for exploring the world and experiencing new places, so she and her family try to travel as much as possible.

My family is my greatest joy—my husband Keith, our two children Lennox and Ari, and our two dogs, Smith, a chihuahua/terrier rescue, and Storm, our dramatic husky.
My journey into real estate stems from my genuine love for helping people.
